Last Week's Workouts:
Sunday: 30 minute spin bike (easy pace), arms, abs
Monday: 10 minute warmup, Circuit, Cool down
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: oh crap...trying....uh....oh yeah!!! 25 min bike (intervals), circuit, 20 min bike (cooldown)
Thursday: 30 minute spin bike (w/intervals), arms, abs
Friday: 2 mile run, 25-Minute Bootcamp Workout (loved!), 5 minute cool down because I could not stay on that treadmill any longer than that
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: 4 mile run
I think my favorite workouts of the week were Wednesday's and Thursday's. They were the bomb diggity, I love when workouts kick my butt. To be honest, I wasn't even planning on doing anything on Sunday, but a run was caaallliinnnnggg me. You know?! And I was really proud that I did 4 miles considering the most I've done in about a month is 2! The change of scenery was awesome as well - my grandparents live in a very "countryish" part of Georgia, so it almost felt like a trail run. Plus, it's all flat. A flat trail run. Win.
