Inspiring Blogger Award

HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII.

A couple of weeks ago, Leigha and Katherine tagged me for the Inspiring Blogger Award, the goobers. (Love you mean it.) Being the procrastinator/worker bee that I am at the moment, I just got around to writing it!

Here's the low-down:
Link the blogger(s) that nominated you (done)
List 7 facts about yourself
Tag 5 other bloggers
Try not to go crazy thinking of facts/bloggers

Do you guys know how hard it is to come up with one fact, let alone 7, that you don't already know about me? Gah. (Later note: once I got started, I had to sum it up to 7!! ha! I am just that interesting.)

1. I have a very right-brained, creative mind. I have always loved art, drawing, painting, and all that jazz, as well as writing (surprised?). I love the process of writing essays and coming up with a good paper, and journaling. Throughout elementary and middle school, I won a lot of art and writing contests (kind of slowed down once I hit high school...haha!).

2. Even as a young kid, I've always been a healthy eater and active person. I was also quite the tomboy - I played soccer, basketball, liked to run, and be outside. I remember my mom taking me to the pediatrician and telling her how I was the "veggie" lover of the family.

Oh, the days.....

3. I absolutely loooovveee learning. Pretty much every subject (minus math) interests me. The world is so fascinating.

4. My twin sissy is my absolute bfffffffffffffff. #Twinning since day 1.

5. I don't have many fears, but if I had to name my worst fears, they would be: natural disasters (tornadoes scare the crap out of me), getting kidnapped, getting stung, or having something happen to a loved one. They are pretty irrational sometimes, I'll admit. Ha.

6. I am a Disney fanatic and major dork. I love all "geeky" shows and books. (ex. Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Sherlock, LOST)

When I went to see Guardians of the Galaxy....excellent movie by the way!

7. I am horribly sensitive and must find out the spoilers for intense episodes, finales, or books to keep my emotions intact. In fact, in between "deep" storylines, I have to break it with something lighter (ie, from Sherlock to The Office, from Call the Midwife to the Undomestic Goddess).

Now for my nominees! I know that most, if not all, of them have been nominated, but oh well. You're just too cool for school.

1. Alison @ Daily Moves and Grooves
2. Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
3. Emily @ Smile Mile Girl
4. Sunnie @ Modern Girl Nutrition
5. Julia @ Lord Still Loves Me

    1. Awww Leigha! My sister loves math too. She's actually done with all her math courses for high school, so she doesn't even have to take any this year!!!!! Ugh, the jealousy is real.

Girl, I have dreams like that too...yeesh. I guess it just shows that it's a legitimate fear? Haha!

Well, you've at least read Harry Potter, so you can still be my friend. :) Love ya!

    1. Well of course! You most definitely deserve it!

Giiiiiiiirrrrrrllllll, I recommend the following: clear out your schedule, find a movie buddy, get out all your warm, cuddly blankets and pillow, pop yourself some popcorn, turn out all the lights, and have an all-out Harry Potter Marathon. That is one of my best childhood summer memories, I kid you not. Do it. Soon.
