My first advice (from my own experience) would be to take at least a couple of days off, if you haven't already! :) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09188520652946189132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4423701435515658202.post-79334321767225503912013-12-14T14:23:05.250-08:002013-12-14T14:23:05.250-08:00I am indeed!! I've mentioned it a lot, but I really suggest taking a look at the Winter Running Program - it's structured, but also extremely flexible, so it's not really a training schedule. Check it out if you want!! :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09188520652946189132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4423701435515658202.post-63075413965785035732013-12-14T14:18:53.937-08:002013-12-14T14:18:53.937-08:00The decrease in intensity has been so good for my ...The decrease in intensity has been so good for my body, and now that the "hard part" is over, I appreciate it sooo much more. I'm glad you realize your body appreciates it, and it does make working out something enjoyable rather than a chore. :))Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09188520652946189132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4423701435515658202.post-601514192964244452013-12-14T12:39:23.512-08:002013-12-14T12:39:23.512-08:00You have the cutest running gear!! I think I have lost endurance or this 21DSD is impacting my running because it's a lot harder than it was a month ago :( I'm so glad you have such a healthy plan to get back into it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4423701435515658202.post-37452432410932803392013-12-14T12:33:20.056-08:002013-12-14T12:33:20.056-08:00I didn't know you were a runner! It's weird not having a training schedule though. I just kind of do what ever!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12026067238378047401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4423701435515658202.post-2564693511377969802013-12-14T10:59:56.394-08:002013-12-14T10:59:56.394-08:00So happy to hear that you've become comfortabl...So happy to hear that you've become comfortable with all different forms of exercise, intense or not-so-intense. I've learned the exact same thing in this past month. Circuits are my absolute FAVORITE (Julie's are awesome!), but I've chosen to decrease the intensity for a while to see how my body responds. I think my body appreciates not being pushed to its limit day after day. Working out has been more enjoyable that way :)Alihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01115053726790628120noreply@blogger.com
